DALE J. RICKERT
DALE J. RICKERT practices in the area of workers’ compensation trial and appellate
law. He exclusively represents employers, carriers and servicing agents. He is a 1981
graduate of Iowa State University. After a career as an adjuster, Mr. Rickert continued
his education and obtained his juris doctorate degree in 1987 from Cumberland School
of Law. Mr. Rickert is a member of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section.
JANICE MATSON RICKERT
JANICE MATSON RICKERT exclusively represents employers, carriers and servicing
agents in the areas of workers' compensation trial and appellate practices. She is AV
rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
Ms. Rickert is a 1990 graduate of the University of Florida with degrees in Political
Science and Business Administration and a 1993 juris doctorate graduate of the
University of Florida, College of Law. Ms. Rickert is a member of the Florida Bar,
Hillsborough County Bar Association, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and
U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit.
